East Canton lost a ton after a dream 2024 season and began rebuilding in 2025. Although they may not be back to the level they completed at over the past several years, they have a young team with a new energetic coach in Matthew Flanagan, and they will look to be a team to be reckoned with in the Inter Valley Conference, where most of their opponents are from the OHSAA East District.

Coach’s Comments- I am very excited for this year’s team at East Canton. With a number of returning letterwinners from last year, this team will look to build on last year’s success. I think senior Meghan Steigerwald has a high very ceiling for things that she could accomplish this season. Sophomores Alena Griffin and Reagan Harbert, as well as, freshman Elizabeth Dimmerling have a lot of potential and should keep the team competitive all season long.
